Terms of Use

Definitions:

• **Service:** the cloud-based jewellery management software provided by Dezy

• **Account:** the personal account through which the User accesses Dezy

• **Content:** all data and information uploaded to the system by the User

• **Subscription:** the service package and term chosen by the User

Core features:

• Inventory and stock management

• Sales and customer tracking

• Live gold and currency rates

• Reporting and analysis tools

• Multi-branch support

Additional services (by package):

• E-commerce integrations

• AI assistant (BeckyAI)

• Position and portfolio management

• API access

Changes to the Service:

Dezy reserves the right to update, add or remove features without prior notice. Significant changes are announced by email.

Creating an account:

• You must be over 18 years of age

• You must provide accurate and current information

• A separate account is required for each user

• You must keep your account credentials confidential

User responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the security of your account

• You must report suspicious activity immediately

• You must use the Service for lawful purposes

• You must respect the rights of third parties

Suspension:

Dezy may suspend your account temporarily or permanently in case of suspicious activity, payment problems or breach of these Terms.

Deleting your account:

You can delete your account yourself inside the app: Settings → MY ACCOUNT → "Delete my account". Which details are deleted, which commercial records are retained by law, and the applicable timings are set out at dezyapp.com/hesap-sil.

Unlawful activity:

• Money laundering

• Use for the purpose of tax evasion

• Creating fraudulent documents

• Fraud

Technical violations:

• Attempting unauthorised access to the system

• Reverse engineering or extracting source code

• Uploading malicious software

• Creating excessive load (DDoS)

Content violations:

• Copyright infringement

• Processing personal data without consent

• Entering misleading or false information

Sanctions:

In case of a violation your account may be closed immediately and legal action may be taken.

Free trial:

• The first 3 months are free on all packages

• No credit card details are required

• Billing starts when the trial ends

Payment terms:

• Monthly or yearly payment options

• Automatic renewal is active

• Prices include VAT

• A commercial invoice is issued

Price changes:

Price changes are announced 30 days in advance. The current subscription term is not affected.

Late payment:

• A reminder is sent after 7 days

• The account is restricted after 14 days

• The account is suspended after 30 days

Refund policy:

A full refund is granted if you cancel within the first 14 days of a paid term. If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are governed by that store's policy (see section 6).

Subscription packages:

• Dezy Professional — monthly or yearly

• Dezy Business — monthly or yearly

• The current price of each package is shown, inclusive of taxes, on the purchase screen and on the store product page

• Some package and term combinations may not be offered in every store due to store restrictions

Automatic renewal:

• Subscriptions renew automatically

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) upon confirmation of purchase

• The subscription renews for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Managing and cancelling a subscription:

• App Store: on your device, Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions

• Google Play: Play Store app → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access to the Service until then

• Subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your store account and cannot be cancelled by Dezy

Credit packs:

• The 500, 2,000 and 10,000 credit packs are one-off (consumable) products

• They do not renew automatically; purchased credits are added to your account and are consumed as you use AI features

• Unused credits do not create a separate right to a refund independently of the store's policy

Refunds:

• For purchases made through a store, the refund policy of that store (Apple or Google) applies to the unused portion of the term

• Refund requests are directed to the store, and the store's decision is binding

Relation to the free trial:

If you cancel during the free trial period no fee is charged. Subscriptions that are not cancelled by the end of the trial continue as paid subscriptions.

Cancellation by the User:

• You may cancel at any time

• Access continues until the end of the current term

• You can export your data within 30 days

• After 30 days the data is permanently deleted

Termination by Dezy:

• In case of breach of these Terms

• Inactivity for more than 6 months

• Non-payment

• Legal requirement

After termination:

• Outstanding debts are collected

• Statutory retention requirements apply

• Referral rights are cancelled

Dezy's rights:

• Rights to the software, design and brand belong to Dezy

• The source code is confidential and protected

• The logo and name may not be used without permission

User content:

• Content you upload belongs to you

• You grant Dezy a licence to provide the Service

• You are responsible for the lawfulness of your content

Feedback:

Dezy has full rights to use the suggestions and feedback you provide.

Service warranty:

Dezy provides the Service "as is". No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given.

Limit of liability:

• Dezy's liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages

• Damages arising from data loss are not included

Exceptions:

• Intent or gross negligence

• Personal injury

• Cases that cannot be limited by law

Backups:

Although regular backups are taken, we recommend that you also keep your own backups of critical data.

Governing law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Competent courts:

The Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.

Mediation:

We recommend mediation before commencing legal proceedings.

Consumer rights:

For transactions carried out in the capacity of a consumer, the provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved.

Changes to these Terms:

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are announced 30 days in advance.

Severability:

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions are unaffected.

Assignment:

The User may not assign their rights without Dezy's written consent.

Entire agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements.

Waiver:

Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Language:
