Hesabını silme
Dezy hesabını uygulamanın içinden kendin silebilir ya da bize talep gönderebilirsin. Kişisel bilgilerin silme anında gider; işletmenin ticari kayıtları yasal zorunluluk gereği kimliksiz olarak kalır. Aşağıda ikisinin sınırı tek tek yazılıdır.

Dezy uygulamasında Ayarlar ekranını aç ve "HESABIM" bölümüne in.
"Hesabımı sil" satırına dokun
Bölümün en altındaki kırmızı satırdır; profil ve şifre satırlarının arasına karışmaz.
Uyarıyı onayla ve sil
Açılan sayfada uyarıyı oku, hesabına şifreyle giriyorsan şifreni yaz, "Anladım, kişisel bilgilerim silinsin ve hesabım kapansın" anahtarını aç ve "Hesabımı sil" düğmesine bas.
Google veya Apple ile giriş yapıyorsan şifre sorulmaz. Onay anahtarını açmadan düğme çalışmaz — tek dokunuşla hesap gitmez.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan talep gönder
Telefonunu değiştirdiysen veya uygulamayı kaldırdıysan silmeyi senin adına biz yaparız:

- Talebi hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden veya telefon numarasından gönder.
Kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra hesabı sileriz; sonuç sana bildirilir. KVKK gereği talepler en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır — silme işleminin kendisi anlıktır, bu süre yalnızca talebin bize ulaşıp doğrulanması içindir.

Anında silinen kişisel bilgiler

Hesap kapanır, bütün cihazlardaki oturumun düşer ve bu hesapla bir daha giriş yapılamaz. İşlem geri alınamaz.
İşletmede kalan ticari kayıtlar

- •Defter kayıtları
Bu kayıtlar iki nedenle silinmez: yasal saklama yükümlülüğü ve defterin bütünlüğü — tek bir fişi silmek dükkânın hesabını bozar. Kayıtların üzerinde denetim izi olarak yalnızca kimliksiz bir kullanıcı numarası kalır; arkasında kişisel bilgi bulunmaz.
Ne kadar sürer
Anında. Kişisel bilgilerin silme isteğinin işlendiği anda gider; bekleme süresi, geri alma penceresi veya arka planda çalışan bir kuyruk yoktur.
Tek istisna: işletmenin tek sahibi
İşletmenin tek sahibiysen kendi hesabını silemezsin — sildiğinde işletme sahipsiz kalırdı. Önce Ayarlar → Personel ekranından başka birini sahip yap, sonra kendi hesabını sil. İşletmeyi tamamen kapatmak istiyorsan bize yaz, birlikte yapalım.

Deleting your account
You can delete your Dezy account yourself inside the app, or ask us to do it for you. Your personal details are erased the moment the request is processed; the business’s commercial records stay, anonymised, because the law requires it. The exact boundary between the two is listed below.
Delete it yourself in the app
Settings → MY ACCOUNT
Open the Settings screen in the Dezy app and scroll to the "MY ACCOUNT" section.
Tap "Delete my account"
It is the red row at the bottom of the section, kept apart from the profile and password rows.
Confirm and delete
Read the warning, type your password if you sign in with one, turn on the "I understand, delete my personal details and close my account" switch, then tap "Delete my account".
If you sign in with Google or Apple, no password is asked. The button stays disabled until you turn the confirmation switch on — a single tap cannot delete your account.
If you cannot reach the app
Changed your phone or uninstalled the app? We will delete it for you:

- Send the request from the email address or phone number registered on the account.
We delete the account once your identity is verified and confirm it back to you. Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest — the deletion itself is instant; that window only covers reaching and verifying you.
What is deleted, what stays
Personal details deleted instantly
- •Your name — the record then reads "Deleted user"
- •Your email address
- •Your phone number
- •Your password
- •Your Google / Apple sign-in link
- •Your login code
- •Your permissions in the app
- •Your profile photo is deleted
The account is closed, every session on every device is signed out, and the account can never be used to sign in again. The action cannot be undone.
Commercial records that stay with the business
- •Sales receipts
- •Cash register movements
- •Ledger entries
These are kept for two reasons: a legal retention obligation, and the integrity of the ledger — deleting a single receipt would break the shop’s books. All that remains on them is an anonymous user number kept as an audit trail; no personal data sits behind it.
How long it takes
Instantly. Your personal details are gone the moment the request is processed — there is no waiting period, no grace window and no background queue.
One exception: the sole owner of a business
If you are the only owner of the business you cannot delete your own account, as it would leave the business without an owner. Assign another owner first from Settings → Staff, then delete your account. If you want to close the business entirely, write to us and we will handle it together.
